Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION: List the primary duties and responsibilities required to perform this job in order of importance; typically 4 to 6 key responsibilities.
Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
Process requests, host kick-off calls, set up workflows and monitor deadlines to oversee projects for the marketing and sales organizations.
Manage communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring the team has the information needed to complete projects.
Responsible for weekly, bi-monthly and monthly reporting on project status, timelines and deliverables, among other items.
Support users with training, dashboards and reports, as needed.
Support the specific Marketing Project needs at a national, regional, and local level.
Apply continuous improvement processes to continually identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

General Office Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
Outside Sales Work is generally performed in an office environment, but employee may need to travel to customer sites or warehouse facilities. Driving may be required for an extended period of time with frequent stops and starts. Can be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
Driver Work is generally performed in moving vehicle. Driving required for an extended period of time with frequent stops and starts. Can be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
Warehouse Work is generally performed in a warehouse environment. The noise level is moderately quiet. Generally well ventilated and well lighted.
