Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Marketing Project Manager whose role is to a oordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives, rocess requests, host kick-off calls, set up workflows and monitor deadlines to oversee projects for the marketing and sales organizations

- Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives
- Process requests, host kick-off calls, set up workflows and monitor deadlines to oversee projects for the marketing and sales organizations
- Manage communication with stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring the team has the information needed to complete projects
- Responsible for weekly, bi-monthly and monthly reporting on project status, timelines and deliverables, among other items
- Support users with training, dashboards and reports, as needed
- Support the specific Marketing Project needs at a national, regional, and local level.
- Apply continuous improvement processes to continually identify and eliminate waste and inefficiencies
Skills Required
- 1 to 3 years required, 5 years preferred of project management experience
- Proficiency with project management software (Wrike preferred)
- Deadline forecasting and management
- Strong mathematical and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with an ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with a customer-centric focus and commitment to quality
- Able to spot new and evaluate existing process and technology opportunities, including the ability to ask good questions, look beyond the obvious, and see the “big picture.”
- Strong creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and entrepreneurial drive; able to work with autonomy and self-direction
- Able to influence others through effective negotiation techniques and strong interpersonal skills, meet deadlines, and deliver results
- Able to manage conflict and ambiguous situations through excellent interpersonal skills and team orientation and the ability to make sound decisions based upon a mixture of analysis, wisdom and judgment
- Able to utilitze effective time-management skills and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity and ethics that allow for high levels of intra- and inter-departmental trust
- Knowledge of industry, including suppliers, customers, competition, trends in Project Management and WESCO’s business lines, strengths and challenges is a plus
- PMP certification a plus
Education/Training/Certifications
- Associates’ Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) - Required
- Bachelors Degree - Marketing or related (Preferred)

- Work Environment
- Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
- Physical Requirements:
- Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time

- Shift Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate/Salary
- Starting at $20.00/hr and more depending on experience
