Are you an experienced marketing project manager who wants to grow your career with agency experience? LIGHTSTREAM is looking for a full-time hybrid Marketing Account Executive / Project Manager to help execute advertising campaigns and ongoing marketing programs for our clients across the nation.
Lightstream specializes in advertising, marketing, and communications for mid- and large-sized companies across the nation in the financial services, healthcare, insurance, and higher education sectors. The Marketing Account Executive / Project Manager is responsible for helping LIGHTSTREAM deliver outstanding work for our clients. This is not a sales position; this is a client relationship and project management position.
Responsibilities:
- From project kickoff through completion, you’ll direct, encourage, and motivate a creative team of designers, writers, analysts, and digital specialists to deliver top-notch creative marketing solutions for our clients.
- Handle day-to-day communication with assigned clients, accounts, and team members, as the client liaison/client point of contact for your clients.
- Coordinate and track project timelines and budgets, ensuring your project stays on course.
- Manage the progress of projects through the agency workflow.
- Meet with clients via phone, video, or occasionally in-person -- receive new project requests, write detailed creative briefs, and relay all relevant information to the creative team for project kick-off.
- Coordinate directly and work alongside the creative team (writers and designers) to manage the creation of marketing collateral for your client’s campaigns/projects.
- Review creative/production materials, copy, layouts, and production art to ensure it meets the client’s original request and coordinate client approval of same.
- Effectively present all agency work/proposals to clients, building good relationships through excellent service and quality deliverables.
- Keep Account Manager apprised of clients’ projects and activities.
- Work with digital advertising and content marketing specialists to reach client goals.
- Regularly check for and respond promptly to all client communications, calls, and emails. We pride ourselves on being ultra responsive to our team and clients.

Experience:
- Marketing: Minimum of 2-3 years working in a marketing role.
- Project Management: Minimum 1-2 years of project management/project coordination experience, ensuring project tasks are on schedule while communicating effectively with the team and keeping your client/stakeholder up to speed on project timing.
- Interpersonal: Self-motivated, flexible, and open to feedback, best practices, and change. Superb attention to detail, excellent client/customer interaction skills, and a positive attitude. Our team values speed, flexibility, teamwork, and the opportunity to grow your skill set.
- Education: 4-year degree
Bonus skills (not required):
- Digital advertising experience (Google, Facebook, SEO)
- Social Media management experience
- Marketing agency experience is nice to have, but not required.
