This position will report to the Director of Marketing.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage customer-facing events. Coordinate planning, budgeting, program creation, vendor coordination, personnel, material, and post event debrief for Wynne Systems customer events. Events include our annual in-person user conference, trade shows, industry event participation, and hosted webinars.
- Monitor and manage Marketing Projects. Handle a high volume of projects in all phases of completion, including scoping/estimating, resourcing, scheduling, and production to ensure high-priority projects are on-track and have the proper resources available for successful execution.
- Ensure projects are FULLY completed on time, within budget, and meet established goals and objectives.
- Coordinate multiple global vendors and freelancers on specific projects.
- Assure all projects adhere to branding standards.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to review creative requests, facilitate and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycle (timelines, routing, job prioritization).
- Maintain marketing and content calendars and department process documentation.
- Manage social media accounts.
Technical Qualifications and Transferable Skills:
- 4+ years solid Marketing Project management experience including a track record of effectively delivering projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Superior organizational skills
- Proven ability to take projects to completion.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud-based project management tools. We use Asana today.
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools desired (WordPress, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo are all part of our tech stack)
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles desired (ex. Branding and SEO)
