You will work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and translate complex concepts into clear and concise documentation. Duties:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and understand technical concepts
- Create clear and concise technical documentation, including user manuals, installation guides, and release notes
- Organize and structure information in a logical and user-friendly manner
- Conduct research to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content
- Use tools such as Visio to create diagrams and illustrations to enhance understanding
- Proofread and edit documents for grammar, style, and consistency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation meets the needs of various stakeholders
- Keep documentation up-to-date with product changes and updates

Skills:
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
