What Are We Looking For?
Contentstack is seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator Intern to join our team. As a valued member, you'll contribute to our project and task management endeavors by assisting in planning, executing, and monitoring various project and scheduled consulting activities across our organization. You will gain invaluable real-world experience, skill development, and networking opportunities in return. This paid internship provides an opportunity to immerse yourself into project and task coordination in a technical consulting environment while actively shaping the success of our initiatives. - Aid in planning and coordinating projects within the Technical Solutions Organization ("TSO").
- Support project managers in crafting comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Facilitate project meetings, from scheduling to agenda preparation and capturing meeting minutes.
- Monitor project progress and milestones, ensuring regular updates to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the definition, execution, and distribution of team operational reporting
- Identify and address project risks and issues, escalating them when necessary.
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to align project objectives and goals.
- Assist in compiling project documentation, including status reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Work alongside project managers to manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making and problem-solving.
- Actively participate in project-related meetings, workshops, and activities.
- Undertake additional tasks as required to bolster the project management team and drive project success.

Salary for this role is $20 per hour, up to 30 hours per week.
