Raiinmaker is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing team. The Marketing Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving the execution and optimization of our marketing strategies, ensuring seamless coordination between various teams and technologies. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing processes, managing marketing technology platforms, and analyzing data to continuously enhance campaign performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Marketing Operations processes to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the marketing team.
- Manage marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other relevant tools, ensuring optimal utilization and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and IT, to align strategies and initiatives and drive cohesive execution.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of marketing data and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Marketing Operations and implement innovative solutions to enhance Raiinmaker's competitive advantage.
- Provide training and support to marketing team members on marketing tools, processes, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations and supporting marketing leads.
- Proven experience in Marketing Operations, marketing automation, or a related role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.
- Able to run marketing standup meetings
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze results, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with AI, Web3, and decentralized technologies is a plus.
