Responsibilities:
- Accountable for assigned financial and operational KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for all stores in the network (e.g., individual regions and/or processes)
- Single threaded leader for designated Ecommerce processes, SOPs, initiatives, and projects with responsibility for managing the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned processes.
- Anticipates needs and develops business cases to initiate resource allocation and/or prioritization for new projects and strategies to drive program results.
- Responsible for communicating performance measurements and complex analysis to Enterprise, Regional and store leadership.
- Responsible for auditing operational processes and elevating issues to appropriate teams (e.g., Retail Operations, food safety, merchandising, distribution, inventory/SOT, planogram, E-Commerce)
- Coordinates and collaborates with operations, regional, and store leadership to develop and ensure implementation of high standards for product quality, program execution, process excellence and customer service.
- Diagnoses business performance and participates in Regional WBR (Weekly Business Review) processes and Global team WBR collaboration.
- Acts as liaison between regional leaders, merchandising teams, store product teams, and stores.
- Supports Executive Leaders in reinforcing total store support plan.
- Works with Regional leaders to set priorities and publish communication to stores via established communication channels. • Partners with cross functional teams to ensure cohesive relationship and issue resolution.
- Responsible for ensuring all food safety requirements are met and corrective actions are performed on time.
- Partners with regions to hire, onboard, train, coach/mentor, counsel, provide performance feedback and develop future talent to include Process Managers and Regional Store and E- Commerce Support Business Partners
Skills required:
- Advanced understanding of e-commerce operations, retail strategy, planning, and execution.
- Experienced in delivering exceptional customer experience in e-commerce, retail, and pickup.
- Strong quantitative, financial, and business acumen with experience building financial models and defining and vetting assumptions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends and data and making informed projections/assertions.
- Leads and facilitates discussions, debates, and decision-making process with cross- functional partners and senior leadership.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently under pressure with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Has the ability to communicate objectives in a clear and concise manner with all stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality.
- Collaborates with process or regional stakeholders to achieve objectives and ensure information flow.
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions in both one-on-one situations and group meetings with all stakeholders.
- Participates in and provides senior-level support to team and cross-functional program stakeholders.
- Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the grocery product mix, supply base, and Retail Operations.
- Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
Education & Experience:
- BA/BS degree and 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
