The Digital Sales Operations Manager is responsible for activities and processes that help the sales organization achieve business objectives. This position leads the development of business plans for a specific product or product line.


As a Digital Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with Sales & Commercial, Product Management and Services teams to identify measurable KPIs on BHC3 offerings, as point solutions and bundled within Baker Hughes' Cordant platform.
  • Creating, automating, and implementing dynamic tools to proactively monitor the status of BHC3 engagements.
  • Managing SFDC and Deal Machine data, creating reports on Excel, SFDC, Power BI and other tools as relevant.
  • Providing leadership and organization with data-driven insights and recommended optimizations, enabling better market knowledge, increased forecast accuracy and faster commercial performance.
  • Improving and maintaining cohesiveness between Commercial and Product Management and supporting digital campaigns through the use of data analytics.
  • Developing market studies and competitive intelligence reports, primarily but not limited to generative AI solutions.
  • Partnering with commercial finance to develop fit for purpose commercial packages.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or engineering from an accredited college or university and/or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • An analytical mindset, strong commercial acumen, and ability to independently design, develop and deliver analysis, reports, and insights across all levels of a matrixed organization.
  • Solid strategic marketing foundations, along with in-depth understanding of business process and operational frameworks intrinsic to commercial functions within large global companies.
  • Command of MS suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Toughspot, PowerBI).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience on a global scale with Oil & Gas, Power Generation and/or Industrial company.
