Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist with a strong background in HubSpot Administration. This individual will manage the marketing system, tools, data, and synching/integration with CRM with a focus on outbound efforts, marketing automation, marketing to sales handoff. Responsibilities Include:

• Data Management: Oversee and manage data within the HubSpot; ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Marketing Tech and Automation: Manage the marketing automation tool (HubSpot), ensure it syncs with CRM, build segmentation, lead scoring, campaign logic etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for operational processes and procedures. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for team members.
• Workflow Auditing: Conduct regular audits of workflows to identify and address any inefficiencies or discrepancies. Implement improvements to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Landing Pages and Forms: Periodically audit and optimize landing pages and forms within HubSpot. Collaborate with demand gen team members to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement. Implement automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Report Building & Analytics: Implement tracking, build, and monitor reports. Includes web analytics, full-funnel performance, attribution. Utilize reporting tools to generate insightful and actionable reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate and relevant data.

Qualifications:

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Proven experience in Marketing Operations/HubSpot Administration with a focus on HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of data management principles.
• Experience in resolving SFDC sync errors and troubleshooting related issues.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining documentation for operational processes.
• Ability to conduct audits of workflows, landing pages, and forms.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ Marketing operations/Hubspot Administration experience.
• HubSpot certifications.
• Familiarity with marketing and sales processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications.
• Experience in fast growing start-up
