Updating resumes and project descriptions. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with software to produce quality desktop publishing documents (e.g. brochures, flyers, invitations, and presentation boards).
Participating in sales presentations and special events. Marketing promotional gift items, maintain inventory for company. Develop and coordinate graphics, editing of layout materials. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office programs, Adobe Creative Suite programs, specific to InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator Good organizational skills, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Assist and coordinate all process updates including deadlines within marketing group, Stakeholders and Project Managers. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, work overtime on occasion if needed to meet deadlines. Strong knowledge of A/E/C industry with emphasis on heavy civil construction within municipal, county and state DOT proposals.
