MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through experience required.
- One (1) year of relevant work experience required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with Native American tribal or urban organizations.
- Experience working with Native American youth.

Responsibilities:
- Assist PI on the designing and developing research study-related activities and materials including survey instruments, research methods, training guides, and educational materials.
- Work with the researcher to conduct efficient and confidential data collection, compilation, evaluation, and management of data analysis and interpretation.
- Prepare analysis of data collected for research reports and publications.
- Identify and recommend solutions to scientific problems and methodologies relating to research.
- Ensure policy implementation and project timeline, at the direction of the PI, at residential camp and booster sessions involving Native American families in compliance with tribal leadership and tribal advisors. Monitor research project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and completion deadlines.
- Assist in implementing and tracking research results, goals, objectives, and outcomes to ensure all requirements are being met, comply with regulatory guidelines and standards, and meet tribal consultation and sovereignty
- Collaborate with PI on formulating, writing, and disseminating publication materials such as reports, presentations, manuscript development, papers, etc…. using a multitude of tools.
- Use analyzed data to assist researchers in the identification and writing of research grant proposals for new funding sources.
- Organize and participate in team meetings, including taking meeting minutes and distributing, and ensuring all files are current;
- Monitor subcontract deliverables related to research.
- Prepare research curriculum education sessions.
