Marketing Coordinator

Ezee Fiber is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our fast-paced fiber-to-the-home internet company. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing team by managing details, tracking, and distributing materials, coordinating with vendors, maintaining timelines, monitoring budgets, and assisting in managing departmental initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Detail Management: Ensure accuracy and precision in all marketing materials, including collateral, presentations, and digital assets. Proofread and edit content to maintain consistency and professionalism.

2. Material Tracking and Distribution: Keep track of marketing materials and ensure their timely distribution to relevant internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with various departments to gather required information and compile materials.

3. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors, including advertising agencies, printers, and event organizers. Coordinate and oversee their activities, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials.

4. Timeline Management: Assist in developing and maintaining marketing project timelines. Monitor progress and ensure that projects are delivered on time. Communicate updates and potential delays to the marketing team and other stakeholders.

5. Budget Monitoring: Collaborate with the marketing team to track and manage marketing budgets. Monitor expenses, ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines, and provide regular reports on spending.

6. Departmental Initiatives: Support the marketing team in planning, organizing, and executing departmental initiatives such as campaigns, product launches, and events. Assist with research, logistics, and coordination to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

• Strong people skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and analytics is a plus.
