Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing team by assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and initiatives. This role coordinates marketing activities across various channels to promote the brand, engage customers, and help meet marketing and sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels like email, social media, print ads, events, etc.
- Help create marketing collateral like brochures, flyers, graphics, videos, websites content, etc.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to derive insights and support marketing initiatives
- Manage calendars and marketing budgets; process invoices and purchase orders
- Help organize marketing events and trade shows
- Coordinate communications and projects with creative agencies, vendors, etc.
- Assist with sales support activities and lead generation efforts
- Help with reporting and analytics for marketing campaigns and assets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
- At least one year of experience in a marketing coordination or related role
- Proficiency with marketing tools and technology platforms
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Analytical skills and aptitude with numbers
- Proficiency with MS Office, marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,789.30 - $53,939.81 per year
