Job Description
TBN Next Generation serves kids, youth, and young adults from ages 2-24 with innovative multi-platform media. The team consists of tech and media experts who are using social media, television broadcast, and digital media platforms to build channels that effectively engage younger audiences with faith-based programming.
DESCRIPTION
This position will work primarily with Yippee TV, a kids’ subscription video on-demand (SVOD) service and TBN Next Generation venture for ages 2-10. Daily tasks will focus largely on strategic ways to increase Yippee subscribers via marketing, customer success, UGC affiliates, and brand communication across platforms. The ideal candidate brings experience with marketing, social media awareness, a strong work ethic, and great communication skills. They should be willing to “wear multiple hats” and enthusiastically jump in on projects as needed. This role will provide unique opportunities to sharpen skills and execute growth strategies while learning the ins and outs of streaming services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create effective email workflows and campaigns using HubSpot
- Ensure branding remains consistent across all platforms
- Help manage Yippee’s Affiliate Program with rewards, influencer onboarding, and program growth
- Supervise UGC partnerships and payment
- Participate in review of ad analytics with advertising agency
- Assist with general social media strategy by providing input on posts and data-driven feedback
- Oversee merchandise storefront and products
- Project manage creation of graphic design elements across platforms
- Assist with look and organization of content placement on Yippee’s streaming platform
- Oversee website updates and revisions
- Review top show performance data to affect marketing and communication strategies
- Support daily operations and team logistics as needed
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, media, or similar field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Background in branding/marketing
- Customer Success Strategies - maximize engagement with current customers
- Email Marketing in CRM tools like HubSpot
- Project Management experience using tools like Asana
- Creative eye for quality graphic design, with ability to provide feedback to designers
- Excellent communication and relational skills
- Instagram, Facebook, Canva, etc., particularly for review and planning purposes
- Familiarity with Christian culture for kids and young adults
- Coachable team player who takes initiative
- Relevant work experience 3+ years
- Website branding experience a plus
- UGC marketing and affiliate programs experience a plus
- SVOD/AVOD platform experience a plus
