Marketing Coordinator

Levin Furniture & Mattress is hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Robinson!

Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to provide support by organizing and communicating deliverables, objectives and timelines for all Marketing initiatives and company goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, development, execution, pacing, optimization, and reporting of programmatic display, video, audio, SEM, email and CTV/OTT campaigns.

• Monitor media buys to ensure all brand safety, ad fraud, and viewability standards are met or exceeded.

• Maintain department budget files: process and review all invoices, document actual cost vs. estimates, assist with the development of quarterly budget; dispute any billing discrepancies.

• Trafficking of OTT, digital, and social assets to various vendors.

• Aid in building various digital reports.

• Review all marketing pieces to ensure accuracy of event offers, disclaimers, in-home and sale end dates.

• Manage storage and organization of all digital assets.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand voice and align programmatic and email campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.

• Stay current with industry trends, programmatic best practices, and emerging technologies.

• Assist with special projects as needed.

Education and Experience:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience

• 1-2 years of experience preferred

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening skills.

• Basic reading and comprehension skills.

• Basic numerical reasoning, mathematical and analytical skills.

• Demonstrated knowledge of computerized software, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously within defined deadlines

• Must be detail oriented.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, and reach at shoulder height regularly.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers using telephone.

• Ability to use vision to read documents and computer screen.

• Ability to type information into computer.

Work Environment:

Corporate office.
