Job Description:
HPE is seeking an experienced Content Producer to join our fast-paced brand and content marketing team. In this role, you will apply communications thinking and planning, expert writing and editing skills, film production, project management expertise, and audience knowledge to drive effective communication strategies. Our programs may have a global, national, regional, sub-regional, or local scope, always aligned with our brand identity and messaging framework.
How you'll make your mark:
- Developing and executing communications strategies and programs to enhance the company's brand image and generate demand.
- Planning and driving effective messaging across multiple customer audiences.
- Utilizing expert writing and editing skills to create compelling content.
- Overseeing and managing film production projects to produce engaging visual materials that support communication goals.
- Ensuring programs and initiatives are measured for effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
About you:
- Excellent communicator - both written and verbal.
- Strong project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficient in developing and executing communications strategies.
- Expertise in writing, editing, and creating compelling content.
- Familiarity with film production processes and techniques.
- Experience managing agency partners.
Education and Experience Required:
- BA or BS in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
- 7+ years of experience in direct marketing, communications or marketing.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced writing and editing skills - very minimal peer or manager edits needed.
- Strong organization and program management skills.
- Ability to link communications plans and activities to business results.
- Proven experience managing, leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal.
- Fluency in local language and English.
- High levels of tact and diplomacy.
- Agency and budget management.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. Annual Salary: $86,000.00 - $198,000.00
