Job description
In this role, you’ll build strong partnerships with Retail, Marcom, and other teams across Apple to create new Content Experiences that promote digital support at strategic moments. You’ll form intuitive and friendly customer journeys, with attention to links and content hierarchy, localization, and UX writing principles. Additional responsibilities include: - Map our content journey, with special attention to entry points and customer success - Work cross-functionally with Retail and Marcom content teams to nurture a smooth Content Experience for customers during new product introductions and sustaining marketing campaigns - Reimagine existing Content Experiences, prioritizing business goals and metrics, and then use strong program management and influence to bring them to market - Combine data analysis and creative thinking to optimize content, synthesizing requests and inputs from a variety of sources - Lead conversations with partners to find consensus and build timelines for content creation and change - Track key critical metrics to measure content efficiency and develop improvement plans as needed
