About The Role:

Ziff Davis Shopping is looking for a Branded Content Campaign Manager to be an integral part of the Branded Content program for RetailMeNot, Offers.com and BlackFriday.com. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing, project management and business operations, in addition to a passion for commerce, analytics and organization.  

As the Branded Content Campaign Manager, you will report to the Executive Editor, Branded Content of Ziff Davis Shopping. You will manage campaign deliverables and performance end-to-end while working closely with key stakeholders on gathering campaign deliverables, creating timelines, relaying and applying feedback, and ensuring campaign KPIs are met.  

   

Responsibilities  
  • Manage all deliverables of Branded Content Campaigns from pre-sale ideation to post-sale execution.  
  • Manage communication with legal and accounting teams with regards to contracts and payments  
  • Act as the liaison between clients and our internal teams   
  • Partner with department stakeholders, including sales, editorial, social and marketing teams for Branded Content Campaign planning and execution  
  • Assist in the launch of paid social campaigns, ensuring that client KPIs and performance benchmarks are met.  
  • Assist in creating and interpreting media plans for our campaigns.  
  • Track and analyze key metrics (e.g. traffic, engagement, conversions) and report on Branded Content performance and insights to key stakeholders.  
  • Monitor competitor sites and blogs and stay up to date on Branded Content trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth.  
  • Perform regular check-ins with other departments to ensure all campaign deliverables are met both pre- and post-sale.  
  • Create new internal and external efficiencies to ensure our SLAs are best optimized.   
  • Provide thorough post-mortem campaign recaps for our clients.  
 
Requirements  
  • At least 5 years of experience in campaign management  
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills with a focus on client management  
  • Keen understanding of Salesforce, Google Analytics, project management tools, social media platforms and commerce content  
  • Process-driven with a passion for finding new ways to innovate and streamline  
  • Understanding of affiliate marketing   
  • A natural project manager and multitasker  
  • A BA in communications, marketing, or business   
  • Previous experience working for integrated marketing or Branded Content is a plus
