You will work with external and internal teams to identify high-impact digital assets that map to the customer journey and will help to negotiate and implement the project terms with agencies, contractors, and freelancers. You will oversee the planning and production of digital asset development across cross-functional teams. You will also actively support selected content development through creative and technical writing, and copy-editing.
The Role
  • Define high-impact content strategies for digital assets and engagements that align with the customer journey and marketing campaigns.
  • Program-manage and project-manager Digital Content delivery.
  • Manage all aspects of production (writing, design, and distribution) for content.

  • Define and track asset performance metrics.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism or English Preferred.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, and relevant working experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Outstanding copywriting and editing skills.
  • Experience creating content for a variety of digital mediums and channels.
  • High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., web analytics) - Preferred
  • Experience with digital B2B enterprise products and solutions (cloud, software, hardware) - preferred.
