Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our award-winning team and support our marketing and communication efforts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our team of professionals to support various campaigns, initiatives, and strategies aimed at promoting our brand and informing our community. What you'll do:
- ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
- General office support (correspondence, supplies, facility requests, preparting meeting agendas, virtual meeting support)
- Scheduling support for MarCom and Philanthropy Directors
- Process invoices for MarCom, Philanthropy, and Volunteer departments
- Report annual community benefit hours
- MARKETING AND CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS
- Track advertising expenses and sponsorships
- Maintain community stakeholders lists and schedule outreach
- Distribute approved messages to internal stakeholders
- Assist with events and projects
- FUNDRAISING
- Log Foundation donations
- Generate Acknowledgement letters
- Support events and appeals
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education - High school diploma
- Experience - 3+ years office experience preferred
- Licensure - n/a
- Physical Requirements - Repetitive use of hands and fingers (e.g. use of computer keyboard). May require light lifting and carrying - including but not limited to boxes and equipment, stooping and kneeling (e.g. to pick up items from the floor, to remove and replace items on lowers shelves, and to file documents in the lower file drawers), and sitting for long periods of time.
