MDY Communications a growing and successful distributor of Audio Video and Security Products is looking for exceptional Assistant for E-Commerce office. We are looking for a very energetic and multi-tasking individual, who will be a great addition to our team. In this role you will have to dive into our team and learn the ins and outs of our products to provide the best possible support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- The E-Commerce Administrative Assistant will provide support in the administration of eCommerce tasks. You will be responsible for supporting a variety of daily, weekly, quarterly tasks that are critical to our eCommerce operations.
- Work side-by-side with with Sales, Marketing and Warehouse team and assist in the day to day operations
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Generate detailed Excel spreadsheets as needed
- Manage special projects as assigned
- Organize and maintain files
- Perform a variety of general administrative duties
Qualifications and Skills:
- Hard working, ability to learn new skills and related tasks, dependable and punctual
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
- Desire to work and to be a productive team member
- Product knowledge and experience in the field a plus however we are open to smart, fast learners

- Compensation is based on experience and can range from $60,000 - $95,000/year
