  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    As a Marketing and Event Assistant at Type Lyfe Talk, you will play a pivotal role in supporting marketing initiatives and coordinating events to enhance the company's visibility. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Marketing Support:

    1. Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.
    2. Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, and digital content.
    3. Support social media efforts by creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with the online community.

    Event Coordination:

    1. Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, and promotional activities.
    2. Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and Event setup.
    3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of events.

    Brand Promotion:

    1. Represent Type Lyfe Talk at events and promotional activities.
    2. Engage with customers and potential clients to promote the brand and services.
    3. Distribute marketing materials and gather feedback from event participants.

    Data Management:

    1. Maintain databases of event attendees, clients, and potential leads.
    2. Collect and analyze data related to Marketing and Event performance.
    3. Provide insights for future Marketing and Event strategies.

    Communication:

    1. Assist in drafting and editing content for marketing materials, emails, and social media.
    2. Coordinate internal communications related to Marketing and Event activities.
    3. Ensure consistent and effective messaging across various channels.

    Administrative Support:

    1. Provide general administrative support to the Marketing and Events team.
    2. Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
    3. Handle invoices, budget tracking, and other administrative tasks.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing or event planning roles.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design tools.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced call center environment.
    • Creative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
