Universal Windows Direct of Cincinnati & Dayton is looking for driven, physically active, well-spoken Event Marketers to transform Universal Windows Direct on the #1 Home Improvement company customers want on the Cincinnati & Dayton markets. We have an excellent compensation package for this position that includes competitive hourly rate and juicy bonuses opportunities.

Job duties include:

· Studying, learning and implementing UWD's award winning marketing approach.

· Generate appointments for outside sales team by engaging consumers and discover their home improvement needs and wants.

· Learn and promote UWD line of products (windows, entry doors, roofing, siding, and gutters with gutter protection).

· Develop and foster ongoing positive working relationships with customers

· Lead, assist, and motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals

· Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees

· Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a weekly basis

· Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately

· Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity with leads

· Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well-organized, functional and presentable at all times

Qualifications:

· Outgoing, self- motivated, positive and highly energetic.

· Deliver excellent customer service

· Strong verbal communication skills

· Exceptional negotiation skills and outstanding execution

· Ability to meet deadlines and benchmarks

· Ability to thrive in a team environment

· Able to work a flexible schedule including varied shifts that may include evenings, Holidays, and weekends

· Able to stand for extended periods of time

· Driven to advance within the company.

· Reliable transportation.

· Experience in Face-to-Face Marketing is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

· Competitive Compensation (hourly rate + bonuses).
