Job Summary:
The Marketing and Communications Associate orchestrates marketing projects that align with overall strategies. They provide vital support to Marketing and sales teams, ensuring the success of trade shows through impactful booth design, collateral production, and staff coordination. With a focus on developing compelling content, the Associate tracks project timelines, maintains consistent branding on digital platforms, and fosters effective communication with vendors and internal teams. In collaboration with the sales and customer service team, this position contributes to the creation of materials that enhance customer engagement, including our product guide.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinates and implements marketing communications projects to align with overall marketing strategies.
- Supports the Marketing and sales teams with planning and executing trade shows to showcase our traffic safety products and amplify messaging. Assists with booth design, collateral production, and staff coordination.
- Sources and develops content and visual collateral for marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality and compelling materials.
- Tracks project timelines and prepares status reports for stakeholders to ensure effective project management and transparency.
- Liaises with vendors and internal sales and product teams to facilitate communication and collaboration of Marketing and promotional strategies across the organization.
- Oversees the creation and maintenance of consistent themes and branding on the company's website and product guide.
- Collaborates with sales teams to develop sales support materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogs, to enable effective customer engagement.

Preferred Education and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- At least three years of previous experience in the field of knowledge.
- The successful candidate will have demonstrable proficiency in Adobe suite including Premier Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Character Animator
- Web and email marketing campaigns as well as PPC advertising
