Primary Talent Partners has a Digital Communications Associate role available !
Description:
• Implement the overall content strategy for the Customer & Employee Experience team
• Review web content requests and make regular content updates to Inside *** sections, ensuring searchability, accuracy and adherence to design guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships with Customer & Employee Experience stakeholders
• Act as the main point of contact for content management of third-party sites managed by the Employee Experience teams
Skills:
• 1-3 years of experience with web content management
• Experience with *** Experience Manager and *** Analytics a plus
• Strong writing and editing skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated understanding of information architecture, web design and usability best practices
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently to successfully manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Ability to manage cross-functionally, persuade, influence and build relationships to achieve program objectives
• Incredible organizational skills and relentless follow through
