Marketing Communications Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communications Manager for a fast growing financial services company in Irvine, CA.

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our mortgage products and services. We are looking for a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and programs across various channels.
• Oversee the marketing budget for the assigned channel and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
• Source, negotiate, and manage advertising buys to maximize reach and impact.
• Design and implement a consistent brand strategy across all media platforms.
• Create compelling content for NRMLA web and magazine to engage and inform our audience.
• Plan and execute trade show participation, including registration, booth design, collateral creation, and logistics.
• Develop new marketing collateral and presentations to support the activities of our Account Executives.
• Manage email campaigns and other channel communications.
• Produce a quarterly newsletter to keep our stakeholders informed about company updates and industry trends.
• Maintain and update website content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of mailers, partner gifts, and holiday baskets.
• Draft and distribute press releases to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Plan and implement the rollout of proprietary programs aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Explore the potential development of Continuing Education (CE) classes for Financial Advisors to expand our reach and impact.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing Communications or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing marketing campaigns and projects.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms.
• Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
