As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with administrative tasks and coordinating various marketing activities. You will assist in executing marketing campaigns, maintaining marketing databases, and ensuring smooth operations within the marketing department. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
_ Key Responsibilities: _
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
Maintain organized files and records for marketing documents, contracts, and other materials.
Coordination of Marketing Activities:
Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and resources.
Help track and monitor marketing budgets, expenses, and invoices.
Data Management and Analysis:
Maintain and update customer and prospect databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the collection and analysis of marketing data, including campaign performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback.
Generate regular reports and insights to support marketing decision-making.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in managing digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, and website content.
Help create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries.
Support email marketing campaigns by building email lists, drafting content, and analyzing campaign results.
Collateral Development and Distribution:
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with design and printing vendors to ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
Manage inventory of marketing collateral and promotional items.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a marketing or administrative role is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Hub Spot and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of digital marketing practices and tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
