Duties:
- Develop and implement Social Media strategies to align with company goals
- Create and curate engaging content for various Social Media platforms
- Monitor Social Media channels and respond to comments and inquiries in a timely manner
- Analyze Social Media data and generate reports on key metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Social Media marketing
- Manage Social Media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Proficient in graphic design tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social listening tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Photography skills are a plus
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus
