The Graduate School
Responsibilities- Serves on the Graduate School's Business Operations team and supports multiple functions throughout the Graduate School.
- Responsible for the manuscript clearing process for graduate students pursuing Masters or Doctoral, Graduate School surveys, and assists with the Fellows Society and Communications channels for the department.
- Interprets university policy and applies those interpretations in the review and advisement of the manuscript with students directly.
- Advises graduate students regarding thesis, dissertation, and treatise requirements regarding publishing and copyright options.
- Assists with the administrative and customer service process of the Business Operations team, Manuscript Clearance, including but not limited to working inbox communications and helping walk-ins and phone calls.
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and experience equal to six years. (Note: post high-school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate.)
