We are looking for an experiencedCommunications Specialist - Receptionist - Part-Time.

** Part-Time with Full Benefits. Hours are on weekends, Day and Evening **

Communications Specialist - Receptionist Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Receptionist or concierge experience required.

Communications Specialist - Receptionist Job Summary:

• Route incoming mail and packages to appropriate mailbox, community or Department.
• Maintain telecommunication system for console operation and paging system.
• Maintain files and listing of residents by name, room number, and extension.
• Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintain security by monitoring logbook; security screens, emergency notifications, /communication, alarms, parking, accounting for visitors.
• Notify maintenance or housekeeping regarding lobby/building maintenance issues.
• Assist various departments with administrative duties and projects as assigned.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance.
