We are seeking a remote Corporate Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing internal communication strategies and platforms, managing social media channels, and engaging with our audience effectively. This role requires a combination of excellent writing skills, digital marketing expertise, and a keen understanding of social media trends. The Corporate Communications Specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement across various online channels for both the consumer and candidate market.

What Will I Do?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote our brand, products, and services.
  • Manage and maintain all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and interactive media.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and relevant discussions, and actively engage with our audience.
  • Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and consistency across all communication channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, and communication strategies.
  • Monitor online conversations and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing objectives and promotional activities.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand our reach and enhance brand awareness.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on social media performance, key metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

Do I have what it Takes?

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3+ years proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising is an advantage.
  • Experience with Recruitment Marketing campaigns.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and best practices.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) and video editing software is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques is desirable.
