Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling, data entry, and tenant relations via phone and in person. Must be able to effectively translate verbally and in writing (English/Spanish).
Requirements/Experience:
- 5-10 years in administrative Real Estate management.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of Real Estate management software.
- Able to commute too and from Upper Manhattan.
