POSITION SUMMARY
Provide day-to-day management to a team of Business Analysts who are responsible for translating business needs into clear Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) aligned capabilities.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Actively manage the portfolio of Initiatives and Service Requests.
2. Effectively communicate project status and operational issues to director, team members and others both verbally and in writing.
3. Act as a change agent, working with multiple stakeholders to improve current business and operational processes, as well as provide "thought" leadership and bring new ideas to the table.
4. Collaborate with others, across the IDN, to drive quality of objectives and impactful metrics that support decision making.
5. Identify the nature and impact of problems and issues and determine appropriate solutions.
LEADERSHIP ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Define and communicate a clear, compelling vision for the team that effectively ties into the mission and vision of Health First, and inspirationally leads the team to achieve that vision.
2. Provide leadership, motivation, coaching, feedback and support to foster and strengthen growth and development of an effective, high performing team.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Administration or Information Technology or related field
• Certification: None Required
• Work Experience:
o Seven (7) years' experience in healthcare or information technology.
o Five (5) years' experience in a business analysis role.
o Two (2) years in a direct management role.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
o Proficient in IIBA defined Business Analysis practices.
o Microsoft Office Suite- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
o Well organized, disciplined, and driven to achieve objectives.
o Skilled in project management principles with the ability to ensure that key milestones and deliverables are achieved.
o Adaptable and flexible with an ability to learn rapidly and pivot when necessary, in response to changing environment.
o Ability to lead complex projects with varied, multiple deliverables, team members and audiences
