Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Identity Operations Support Specialistto join our team! In this role you will get to provide operational support to our biometrics, identity management, and identity dominance departments to ensure daily project tasks are met efficiently. This position may include night and weekend shifts and is temporary, contingent upon the performance and requirements of the biometrics-as-a service contract.
What You'll Be Doing:
Work efficiently within a cross-matrixed product business team to include engineers, product managers, program managers, and product sales personnel.
Communicate directly with key project stakeholders, internal Parsons leaders, and members of the project team with key program updates, risk projections, and solutions.
Collaborate with biometrics, identity management, and identity dominance departments to ensure daily tasks are met efficiently.
Manage data entry processes, ensuring accuracy of information entered into databases.
Monitor data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Develop reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality metrics.
Provide administrative support for project team members as needed.
Ensure compliance with project policies and procedures.
Position is hybrid.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Proficiency in data management, technical writing, MS Office tools, customer support, configuration management, and implementing audit controls.
The role currently involves tasks such as generating whitelists, coordinating nightly enrollment/validation preparation calls at 2200, and providing overnight on-call support, including weekends.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
A knack for technical details, capable of engaging with a technically advanced team. This includes expertise in data manipulation, cleansing, and advanced Excel functionalities (formulas, sorting, etc.).
The capacity to adapt swiftly to shifting priorities in a high-velocity environment.
A self-starter attitude, with the ability to spearhead projects from inception to completion, demonstrating full ownership and initiative.
