Willow is looking for a Manager of Software Deployment and Integrations to join our team in Bentonville, Arkansas. On site with our client (hybrid), this role involves overseeing client communications, internal program management, and collaborating with internal teams for the successful and timely deployment of our cutting edge software. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a proven track record in guiding complex, cross-functional projects, possessing strong communication skills to translate technical content for decision-making and build cross-functional teams to support deployment efforts and a strong background in Data, IoT, and Smart buildings.

Role and Responsiblity

• Directly manage and work on a live Digital Twin deployment program as a Manager of Software Deployment and Integrations.
• Use industry knowledge and understanding of building systems to independently manage the collation, review and processing of multiple disparate datasets to build Digital Twins to deliver customer value through Willow's product capabilities and Activate Technology.
• Lead integration site readiness activities. This requires skilled liaison with clients, their FMs, building system contractors and 3rd party vendors to ensure sites and data sources are prepared and available for integration.
• Lead project related activities throughout the deployment lifecycle from sales handover, supporting solution design, implementation, customer acceptance and on-boarding.
• Manage client expectations to ensure product roadmap, deliverables and intended outcomes are achieved.
• Engage with Willow's Product and Engineering team to improve product capabilities and roadmap.
• Manage the process of change requests from customers - incorporating into plan or price / schedule as appropriate, overall ensuring integrity of the original business case.

Skills and Experience

• 4+ years of related experience in project/program management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business.
• Experience with IoT (internet of things) and Enterprise Asset Management systems
• Proven relationship management experience in customer-facing and project-delivery roles. Demonstrable technical problem-solving expertise in implementing technology.
• A solid understanding of typical building technology systems such as HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT Devices and networks, access controls and security technologies.
• Experience with automated Fault Detection & Diagnostics, Continuous Commissioning, Measurement & Verification valued.
