Operations Manager

We are looking for a self starter with integrity who will :

- Oversee and manage daily operations of the company on the retail , in house and logistic levels
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness including monitoring pricing and negotiating for better rates
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas of improvement including inventory management and forecasting for appropriate levels

- Work with quality control and manufacturing partners to assure best pricing while meeting quality and testing levels.

- Be the resource and liason for the development team.

- Co-ordinating logistics and order fulfillment to meet required levels and shipping timeframes
-Scheduling shipments both FTL and LTL and submitting documents needed for customs clearance
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to streamline processes
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and implement measures to achieve financial targets

-Providing support to retailers regarding products, barcodes etc. Point of contact for distributors

-Development of price sheets and new item set up and pricing based on margin goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

-Maintain building and inventory security and integrity.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee growth

You will bring with you :

- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role
- Tracking Amazon metrics and keeping abreast of inventory, maintaining stock at FBA .

- Reporting of analytics including margins, Shopify ,Amazon

- History in logistics and scheduling - working with domestic and international partners.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and implementing best practices

- Proficient in strategic planning and project management
- Sound understanding of profit loss analysis and financial management principles
- Proven track record in business development and driving growth initiatives
- Ability to effectively communicate with at all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
