Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients to generate leads and build relationships
- Identify clients' insurance needs and provide personalized solutions
- Educate clients on different insurance products and coverage options
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements
- P & C License (220 or 20-44)
-Previous experience in Insurance Sales with the Florida P & C market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
