Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and food safety guidelines
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any needs to the kitchen manager
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Oversee and coordinate all working personnel

- Assisting customers with purchases and fuel transactions

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a culinary or food service role
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Entry level management experience
- Retail and customer service experience
