Warehouse And Delivery Manager

Foodservice Equipment Brokers (FEB) is the largest foodservice equipment dealer in Northwest Arkansas. FEB is looking for a_ Warehouse and Delivery Manager_to join our growing team! The Warehouse Manager will direct and manage the overall inventory, warehousing, delivery, shipping and receiving functions at FEB.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and manage warehouse/shipping & receiving functions.
• Manage the delivery schedule and the delivery team.
• Review overall operation and processes and identify areas for improvement for all functions. Be able to offer recommendations to management for improvement and be able to successfully implement changes.
• Oversee all incoming and outgoing activity and ensure accuracy, completeness and condition of shipments.
• Handle shortages, damages and other issues.
• Review and/or complete shipping notices, bills of lading, orders and other related documentation.
• Performs inventory cycle counts to ensure accuracy of data.
• Monitor and review all reporting and resolve any discrepancies in inventory reporting or similar issues.
• Understand the budget and implement continuous improvement activities with the team to reduce costs, improve delivery and eliminate quality defects in the product being shipped.
• Utilize computer applications to maintain data and run reports.
• Complete all other duties the Supervisor deems necessary.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of warehouse operations experience.
• Must be a “hands’ on” manager with the ability to direct and lead a team by example.
• Hold themselves and others accountable.
• Embraces continual development through the sharing of feedback and investment in learning opportunities.
• Can prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints within budget parameters.
• Physical ability to load and unload heavy cargo, 50+ lbs.
• Forklift operation certification.
• Background checks and drug tests will be administered!

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• OSHA qualifications up to OSHA 30 is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
