- Wide target compensation range of $110,000 - $140,000, based on experience
Manager of Compliance Specialist Job Duties:
- Guide staff and subject matter experts in development and implementation of Compliance processes and procedures
- Develop internal processes and controls to achieve and sustain compliance with various industry standards
- Define and adhere to internal processes relating to the compliance program changes
- Assist in the development and maintenance of relevant training materials
- Provide training to maintain an environment of continuous improvement
- Provide regular updates to leadership on the status of the department, compliance plans, reports and more
- Establish and maintain effective relationships both internal and external to the company to allow for effective achievement of business goals and compliance
- Monitors industry standards to ensure company remains in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Perform research and review industry information to gain understanding of requirements needed for compliance
- Perform other duties and/or special projects
Manager of Compliance Specialist Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business concentration or similar
- 5+ years of professional experience in one or a combination of operational audit, risk advisory/management, SOX
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and quality organizational and communication abilities
- Proven leadership and staff development experience
