Senior Compliance SpecialistBenefits and Compensation:

- Wide target compensation range $75,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
Senior Compliance Specialist Job Duties:
- Evaluate and implement compliance processes and procedures
- Develop internal processes and controls to achieve and sustain compliance with various industry standards and requirements
- Direct internal activities relating to initiation and implementation of changes
- Direct the development and maintenance of relevant training materials
- Provide training internally to maintain an environment of continuous improvement
- Establish and maintain effective relationships internally and externally to allow for effective achievement of business goals and compliance
- Monitor industry standards to ensure company remains in compliance with various regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties and special projects
Senior Compliance Specialist Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business concentration or similar
- 3+ years of professional experience in one or a combination of operational audit, risk advisory/management, SOX
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and quality organizational and communication abilities
