How will you make an impact in this role?
This Manager, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) role is responsible for consulting with and supporting Colleague Strategic Partners and business leaders as they develop and execute strategic programs and initiatives that further an inclusive culture within their business unit. In this role, you will support the Director of the team in developing tools and resources to better support our key stakeholders, and optimizing the team's operating model to streamline ways-of-working.
An ideal candidate for this role will be skilled in managing relationships, problem solving, strategic thinking, and collaborating. They will be comfortable presenting to senior leaders and adapt at navigating difficult conversations. A successful candidate will be curious and a self-starter, a team player that brings colleagues along, and someone who loves a challenge and can navigate complex issues at scale.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Support the strategy and vision for DE&I in the business, providing thought leadership, advice, coaching, solutions and consultation to CSPs, business leaders, DE&I BU Councils and other partners
  • Collaborate within and across the DE&I team to ensure colleagues are aligned, BUs are aware of enterprise-wide initiatives, and BU specific initiatives align with our enterprise-wide DE&I strategy and philosophy
  • Partner with other CEG COEs as needed to ensure integration of DE&I-related work into broader talent strategies and vice versa
  • Develop clear guidance, tools and resources to better support our key stakeholders
  • Find opportunities to optimize the team's operating model to streamline ways-of-working and implement them

Minimum Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably supporting DE&I work or in an HR generalist capacity
  • Strong communication, presentation, story-telling and interpersonal skills; experience presenting to and consulting with senior leaders
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering complex solutions with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Multi-year strategy planning experience and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work within a fast-paced, fluid environment; able to remain calm under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytical skills to understand complex problems and root causes, and to make data-driven recommendations
  • Interest and motivation to drive sustainable change in the DE&I space

Qualifications
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
