The role you'll contribute:
The HR Administration Manager oversees and leads the operational areas of employee data management, employment verification, and document management. As a leader for these areas, the Manager operationalizes the strategic direction of HRSS leadership, aligning processes and outcomes with the performance and service expectations. Monitoring and utilizing data, along with direct feedback from direct reports, HRSS teams, and facility employees, the Manager works to address gaps in performance and implement measures for continuous improvement.

- Lead operations of functional teams to achieve desired levels of performance, quality, and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with HRBP's to engage in open dialogue to address process and service opportunities
- Liaise with vendors of outsourced operations for employment verification and document management to define service level expectations and hold accountable for performance, service, and compliance requirements
- Compile, organize, and report data to effectively present business outcomes, trends, and team performance indicators
- Represent functional team operations in meetings and projects related to deployments, acquisitions, and mass re-organizations, involving appropriate team members and disseminating information to ensure team preparedness
- Lead and manage team members to encourage team member growth, development, and engagement, providing training, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Serve as a resource and point of escalation for team members, facility HR, and Shared Services cross teams
- Lead process and system improvement efforts for related areas and in collaboration with impacted team members, HR Shared Services cross teams, HRIS, and end users
- Lead data integrity process and functions, ensuring all operational areas and service standards are effectively measured and results reported, addressing gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Make sound operational decisions by securing and comparing information from multiple sources to identify business issues; committing to an action after weighing alternative solutions against important decision criteria
- Foster a work environment that encourages people to act with integrity and treat each other and their ideas with respect, advocating for others in the face of challenges, and removing barriers to trust
- Involve Senior Manager, Employee Services for escalations, service recovery needs, and operational challenges requiring assistance
- Maintain documentation of processes and resources guides related to operational functions
- Maintain understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local employment law
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Five years' experience in leading workforce management/employee data management, human resources shared services environment preferred
- Three years directly supervising or overseeing the work of others
- Two years' experience working in HCM systems, PeopleSoft preferred
- Expert knowledge in Human Capital Management (HCM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Human Resources web-based tools (preferably PeopleSoft)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Master's degree or advanced related certification
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, OR REGISTRATION PREFERRED:
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation or equivalent
