Position Overview: HR Manager
As an HR Manager, you will play a vital role in building Rewst's HR function. You will be responsible for creating policies and processes, including around performance reviews, employee trainings and recruiting. Your ability to effectively communicate, troubleshoot, and collaborate will be essential in achieving employee satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the growth of the business.
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of a company on HR issues.
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Develop and manage HR processes, including recruiting, performance management and employee trainings.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, with at least three years in an HR or Recruiting role.
- Experience as department of one and in a fast-growth startup.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex situations and provide creative solutions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving employee satisfaction and achieving business goals.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR software solutions, including BambooHR.
