Manager (CVG Line Maintenance)
The Manager (CVG Line Maintenance) is directly responsible to the Sr. Manager, D107 Line
Maintenance for the daily operations of CVG Line Maintenance.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Acting as the customer interface point of contact for customer concerns, and liaise with the
customer representative to prevent any misunderstandings of the workscope or required maintenance.
2. Ensuring that maintenance performed under his/her supervision meets the highest quality
standards and is performed in a timely manner.
3. Ensuring that all Repair Station Manual procedures and Federal Aviation Regulations applicable
to the respective function are complied with.
4. Providing training and assistance to his/her subordinates in proper procedures, methods, and
practices followed in each respective duty.
5. Working closely with mechanics, Quality Control, and Planning to ensure that the project is
worked efficiently.
6. Coordinating with other Repair Station departments as needed to ensure a continuous smooth
workflow.
7. Proper handling of all parts while in the repair process. This includes storage, control,
segregation, and identification of all articles removed from, or awaiting installation on, an
aircraft.
8. Overseeing manpower requirements for CVG Line Maintenance.
9. Ensure that all employees under his/her management follows best safety practices.
10. Perform any other duties/projects that may be assigned by the Sr. Manager, 0107 Line
Maintenance
NOTE: The duties and responsibilities of the Manager (CVG Line Maintenance) may be delegated to any
qualified assistant; however such delegation does not relieve the Manager (CVG Line Maintenance) of
the overall responsibility.
