Position Description
The Maintenance Manager is an extremely important role in Framebridge
manufacturing facilities. The aim of our Maintenance Team is to develop and
maintain an efficient and safe manufacturing process. The maintenance team is
involved in routine maintenance procedures as well as helping to troubleshoot
complex issues should they arise with equipment in the manufacturing process and
the facility. The Maintenance Manager will drive all facets of the function.
Job Responsibilities
Drive and support daily plant operations through the effective management
of maintenance resources.
Lead, manage and drive a team of 6-10 indirect personnel on daily and
weekly maintenance plans and annual objectives, and projects.
Coordinate maintenance schedules with production schedules; and
establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules, and
ensure all planned work is completed on schedule in the most efficient
manner.
Lead continuous improvement actions involving corrective actions and
improved technology implementations.
Build, monitor, and manage operational and capital budgets in support of
the Plant Manager.
Effectively monitor and analyze maintenance KPI’s across the maintenance
function.
Understands and drives equipment reliability.
Ensures that PM programs and spare parts inventory are executed with a high-
level accuracy.
Understands and manages technology changes including potential
obsolescence.
Communicates to management significant events and critical issues, as
appropriate.
Prepare various levels of reporting and summarize significant events,
corrective actions, and results.
Actively enforce all safety policies and procedures with direct and non-direct
reports and contractors.
Maintain compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations,
company policies, procedures, and work instructions.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Perform other duties as required.
Desired Experience
Technical Certificate – Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional.
Education experience may be substituted for with extensive leadership and
maintenance experience.
Experience in problem-solving.
Knowledge of PLC’s.
Preferred Additional Experiences
Proficiency identifying and implementing new technologies.
Experience in a fast-paced, growth business.
Experience working in a multi-shift operation.
Six Sigma Certification.
