SHIFT DIFFERENTIALS/PREMIUMS:
- Shift Differentials:
- Evening $3.00/hour
- Night $5.00/hour
- Premiums:
- Weekend Premium $4.50/hour
- Per Diem Premium 15% (on rate of pay, in lieu of benefits)
- Lead $3.25/hour
JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Worker performs a variety of duties in and around various facilities owned and operated by Olympic Medical Center to assist the tradesmen and other workers in maintaining the buildings and facilities in operating and functional condition. Various duties may include electrical repairs or installations, fleet repairs, plumbing, welding, carpentry, painting and plastering, masonry, machine servicing, and general mechanical maintenance to any of the structures, furniture, walls, equipment, or other elements of the OMC environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent with two years of college or technical/trade school preferred.
Experience
- Minimum two (2) years’ experience in construction and/or industrial facilities maintenance, preferably in a healthcare setting (Auto and home maintenance experience not considered).
