Position Type:Service Coordinator
Location: Lombard, IL
Status of Employment: Full-Time, Year-Round, FLSA Non-Exempt
Compensation: $21-$23/hour, DOQ.

Essential Functions:
- Answers phones and emails, schedules, and confirms appointments, and inputs customer data into company systems.
- Organizes workflow and appointment by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
- Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for technician personnel and arranging service calls.
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Education: High School Degree or GED required; additional education is strongly preferred

Hours/Working Environment: 7am-6pm, Monday – Friday; 8-hour shift, rotating schedule. (7am-4pm, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. Schedule rotates on a weekly basis.) No Weekends or Holidays. Office is located in Lisle, IL
