Schedule: 40 hrs - M-F 9 to 5, some weekends as needed.
Emergency Response Schedule: Every 8 - 12 weeks, you will be required to work a 6 pm to 10 pm shift (Monday - Friday) and the other four hours can be flexible during that week. Further information will be provided.
Voluntary Emergency Response: If you are looking to make some extra money nights and weekends, we offer an opportunity for you to volunteer to response to after hour calls. Very generous hourly rate is paid from the time you leave your home until you return. Further information will be provided.
This is a full-time benefit eligible position. This position is also eligible for a $1,000 sign on bonus.

This level of technician is required to have the licenses and certifications necessary for the property worked at.

Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of skilled building maintenance including repairs to sinks, windows, floors and other parts of the building.
- Maintains the grounds as assigned which may include trash pick-up, shoveling, and sweeping curb/dumpster area, maintaining landscape beds and other areas.
- Preparation of vacant units for occupancy which may include cleaning responsibilities.
- Install, repair (including soldering) and maintain various plumbing; heating and air conditioning fixtures; perform metal fabrication and welding.
- Installation and repair of major and minor appliances (e.g. washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwashers, etc.).
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues, diagnose problems, replace and/or repair parts, test and make necessary adjustments to ensure issues are resolved.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs as needed.
- Complete minor work orders such as snake toilets/drains, repair/replace leaking faucets, remove/replace caulking, replace different components of toilets, adjust/replace door closures, and replace locks, deadbolts and passage locks.
- Demonstrate courteous and efficient customer service at all times.
